You can use my plugins for NetBeans IDE to create and develop Mercury applications. I recently updated them, added several features, fixed some bugs and added support for new integer types suffix.

I added a list of editors to the Mercury wikipedia page https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mercury_(programming_language) . You can add this list to development page on the web site. I think it is a good idea because people sometimes ask about it.
